💢All communication will take place by clicking on the message icon located on your App Dashboard. Messages will be answered during business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST)💢

This is how we will work in general:

  • Once you sign up to a Nutrition Plan, I will email you an Access Code. You will enter this code on the Member Login button located on the Home Page.

  • You will be asked to complete a questionnaire and to attach your Initial Pictures. Once you have submitted your initial information, you will receive instructions to proceed through this app. This questionnaire is located on the Elite app menu. Please be patient with me, it takes me about one week to breakdown the information provided and complete your initial assessment, protocols are always posted on Fridays. If your questionnaire is received on a Wednesday or Thursday, your first nutrition protocols will be available the Friday of the following week and not the day after.

  • You will follow your nutrition plan EVERYDAY. Including Saturdays and Sundays. NO ALCOHOL consumption during this time.

  • You will send me your Weekly Report EVERY SATURDAY morning through the app. I will re-calculate your calories and macronutrients split based on your weekly progress reported to me. Weekly Report button is located on your App Dashboard. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SUBMIT THIS REPORT ON TIME, I WILL NOT BE CHASING YOU FOR IT.

  • Pictures should be taken wearing ALWAYS the same bikini (or shorts). Front Pose, Side Pose and Back Pose. Please use the Selfie tool and set up the timer, you should be able to take these pictures yourself without holding your phone with one hand. I want both hands free, from neck down to your feet. Do not cut the picture from the knee down, please. All your body, except your face will be fine. PLEASE DO NOT ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE THE PICS FOR YOU, USE THE AUTO CAM.

  • When it's time to submit your Weekly Report, you will use your initial pictures as your starting photos on the left and your current photos on the right. Each week, you will be updating the photo on the right and this will let us compare your progress in a much easier way.

 

🔺NOTES:

▪️Bikini competitors:

  • I will determine how much time will take you to reach your goal in a safely manner. It all depends on your current body composition.

  • Please buy a Blood Glucose Meter. These are available on Amazon. You will be required to measure your fasted blood glucose every Saturday morning. Take a full glass of water 20 minutes before you take the blood test.

▪️Strongman/Athletes:
