Refill & Payment Policy:
Refills will be processed only after the monthly payment has been completed. The $20 medical provider fee must also be paid before any refill can be issued. Please note that no refunds are available for medication that has already been shipped.
 
Introductory Dose Range: 2.0mg - 7.0mg
Maintenance Dose Range: 7.5mg - 15.0mg
