My journey in fitness started back in 2014 when I teamed up to open a CrossFit gym in San Diego, California. Embracing a healthy lifestyle transformed my life—I felt stronger, more energetic, and, most importantly, so much happier. 

With my background in Accounting, I have a talent for numbers, which comes in handy to calculate an athlete’s calorie needs. Pair that with my certification in Fitness Nutrition, and I’ve got the tools to create personalized nutrition plans that help people crush their fitness goals.

In my free time, I like to push myself by training for Bikini Competitions. It’s a challenging way to test my limits and stay grounded. Plus, it helps me connect with my clients on a deeper level, I know exactly what it feels like to be in the middle of a fitness journey.

I especially love working with women who feel lost or overwhelmed in the gym. My goal is to help them feel strong, confident, and lean by creating simple, effective workout programs and nutrition plans that fit their lives. Watching my clients grow and thrive is the best part of what I do!
