How it works:
- This 6-week meal plan will be designed specifically for your gym's workouts
- A weekly menu is sent every Friday by email (Please fill out the form mentioned above)
- The weekly menu includes 5 meals per day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner). No menu variations will be available, participants will follow the same menu througout the week.
- Commit to your gym classes every day
- Access to healthy recipes for the weekend will be included
- Emails will contain a "chat" button for questions about the challenge
- Participant with the highest percentage of body fat loss over the 6 weeks will win the challenge
