6-WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE

There are 2 challenges to choose from:

 

  • Gym member challenge: ​​Only for participating gyms/studios. This nutrition challenge is designed based on your gym's training. Every type of training is different, so is its meal plan. 

  • Instagram challenge: This challenge is for individuals who workout at home or at an open gym environment. Follow @nutri_challenge_by_z to view the posted daily at-home workouts and weekly menus. Access to this account will be granted for the duration of the challenge. All workouts can be modified to your your fitness level. Equipment suggested: resistance bands, dumbbells or barbell. Some exercises can be performed without weights.
